Can I change the size of my storage unit during my contract?

France, Germany and Switzerland

How it works:

• The center team will show you the available unit sizes and assist you with the transfer.
• The alarm in your old unit is deactivated, and the alarm in the new unit is activated once the transfer is completed.
• Your insurance is automatically transferred to the new unit.

France and Germany only

• Your access code will change, as it is linked to your unit. The team will provide you with the new code.

Spain

How it works:

• The team will show you the available unit sizes.
• The alarm is transferred from the old unit to the new one.
• Your insurance is updated automatically.
• Your access code does not change.

There are no administrative fees for this change. Procedures may vary slightly depending on the center.
