Founded in 1996 by Nicolas Rousselet, this French company imported the concept from the United States and has been a pioneer of self storage for over 25 years. In all our franchised facilities, we offer individual secure storage units for rent, for private individuals and professionals, as well as large businesses. Cardboard boxes and packaging accessories are also available for sale on-site. The HOMEBOX franchise network is present throughout France, in both major cities and less densely populated areas. Our network now has over 160 storage facilities in France and abroad. And we continue to expand by opening around ten new facilities each year.

Who can become a HOMEBOX franchisee?
Anyone can become a HOMEBOX franchisee! Our franchisees include building owners as well as entrepreneurs who want to get involved in the self-storage business, or operators of independent self-storage facilities who want to leverage the full power of the HOMEBOX network. This business can be a primary or secondary activity.
Do you own a building that you wish to convert and collect rent for it?
You only need to finance the fitting. Plan for 6 to 12 months for implementation. 4 weeks of training, including 3 weeks on site.
Do you have money available that you wish to invest?
We'll help you select the right property and then support you throughout the project. Plan for 24 months or more for implementation. 4 weeks of training, including 3 weeks on site.
Do you own a plot of land in a good location and want to build?
We can help you with the construction and fitting. Plan for 12 to 24 months for implementation. 4 weeks of training, including 3 weeks on site.
