What is the minimum commitment period?

France and Switzerland

• There is no minimum commitment period: your HOMEBOX contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
• You can terminate it at any time by giving one month’s notice, starting the day after we receive your request.
• Example: if we receive your request on 22 September, your contract will end on 22 October at midnight and will be invoiced until that date.

Spain

• There is no minimum commitment period: your HOMEBOX contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
• You can terminate it at any time by giving 15 days’ notice, starting the day after we receive your request.
• Example: if we receive your termination request on 22 September, your contract will end on 7 October at midnight and will be invoiced until that date.

Germany

• Your HOMEBOX contract is concluded for an indefinite period, with a minimum commitment period of one month.
