Do I need to be present to rent a unit, or can I do it remotely?
Renting a HOMEBOX unit can be done on site or remotely, whichever suits you best.
- On site: you can go directly to your centre during opening hours. The required documents will be requested (proof of identity, and depending on the country, proof of address and bank details for individuals; company registration extract, legal representative's ID and bank details for businesses). Once the contract is signed, you immediately receive your access code.
- Remotely: all steps can be completed online. The contract is sent to you electronically and, once signed, you receive your access code and move-in instructions, without having to travel.
In both cases, the HOMEBOX centre team remains available to assist you.
