At what time can I first access my unit?

You can access your unit as soon as your contract is finalised and you have received your access details. Access hours to the unit are generally wider than the centre's opening hours. Most HOMEBOX units are accessible from 6am to 11pm, 6 days a week, and 24/7 access can often be offered on request, depending on the centre's terms.

We recommend coming during the centre's opening hours so you can get assistance if needed. If needed, your HOMEBOX centre can tell you its opening hours as well as the access hours to your unit.
