What is the notice period if I want to terminate my contract?

France and Switzerland

• The notice period is a minimum of one month, calculated from the day after we receive your termination request.
• The request must be sent to your HOMEBOX center by registered mail or in writing in a way that allows proof of receipt, including email.
• The contract ends at the end of this notice period, even if this does not fall at the end of a calendar month.

Spain and Germany

• The notice period is 15 days, calculated from the day after we receive your termination request.
• The request must be sent to your HOMEBOX center by registered mail or by any method that allows proof of receipt, including email.
• The contract ends once this period has elapsed, even if it does not coincide with the end of a calendar month.
