Can you receive deliveries on my behalf?

Some HOMEBOX centres may offer a delivery reception service, but this depends on their local organisation. This service is generally reserved for customers with a unit large enough to store the delivered items. Please note that HOMEBOX centres are not parcel pick-up points: any delivery must be intended for storage in your own unit. This service may be free or chargeable depending on the centre. To find out whether this option is available at your centre and under what conditions, please contact the on-site team.

For businesses with regular needs for parcel or pallet reception, HOMEBOX offers a dedicated Key Accounts service with tracking, notifications, and the option of placing items directly in the unit.
