What is the deposit for the vehicle rental?

A deposit is generally required when renting a vehicle provided by HOMEBOX (1,500 € incl. VAT in France and Spain, CHF 1,000 in Switzerland). It corresponds to the insurance excess applicable in the event of an accident or damage, and it may be doubled in the event of theft.

The vehicle must be returned with a full tank, together with the receipt. The renter remains fully responsible for any fines, toll charges, or breach of the terms of use (such as driving under the influence or by an undesignated driver).
