How does the utility vehicle rental work?

At some HOMEBOX centres, a utility vehicle can be loaned or rented to make your move easier. This service is subject to certain conditions and availability, to be checked directly with your centre.

General terms:

  • Booking to be made directly with the centre, subject to availability.
  • A bank deposit is taken via a card imprint (1,500 € in France and Spain, CHF 1,000 in Switzerland, 250 € in Germany) and released after the vehicle is returned and its condition checked.
  • A valid driving licence and ID are required (and, depending on the country, proof of address and a bank card in the driver's name).
  • The driver must be named in the contract. If a second driver is added, their documents are also required.

Use and return:

  • The vehicle is provided with a certain fuel level (often a full tank) and must be returned with the same level, together with the receipt.
  • A condition report is carried out at departure and on return.

Pricing: the service may be free or offered at a preferential rate, depending on the centre. We recommend checking directly with your HOMEBOX centre for the exact terms that apply locally.
