What happens in case of an accident with the truck?

In case of an accident, a deductible applies. The claim will be assessed by a professional, and repair costs will be charged up to the amount of this deductible. If the vehicle is stolen, the deductible is doubled.

France, Germany, and Spain: The deductible is €1,500 including VAT.

Switzerland: The deductible is CHF 1,000.

The renter remains responsible in the following situations:

• the driver is not listed in the contract
• the conditions of use are not respected (driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal use, etc.)
• fines and toll charges related to the use of the vehicle

The vehicle is provided with a full diesel tank and must be returned with a full tank as well, with the receipt as proof.
