How will I receive my security deposit refund?

The security deposit is refunded within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the contract, once the unit has been emptied, returned clean and all amounts due have been settled. The refund is made by HOMEBOX, generally by bank transfer. To avoid any delay, make sure your bank details (IBAN) are up to date at your centre.
