What is the procedure to terminate my contract?
To terminate your contract, you must send a written request to your HOMEBOX center.
This request can be sent by registered mail or by any other method that allows you to keep proof of receipt, including email.
- France and Switzerland : A notice period of one month applies, starting from the day after we receive your request. The contract ends at the end of this period, without having to wait until the end of the current month.
- Germany : A notice period of 8 days applies, starting from the day after we receive your termination request. The contract ends once this period has elapsed, without having to wait until the end of the month.
- Spain : A notice period of 15 days applies, starting from the day after we receive your request. The contract ends at the end of this period, without having to wait until the end of the month.
