I forgot my access code, what should I do?
If you forget your access code, please contact your HOMEBOX facility during opening hours.
France and Switzerland: After verifying your identity, a new code will be sent by email to the contract holder. The reset is quick and can only be done during the facility’s opening hours.
Germany and Spain: Please go to the reception of your HOMEBOX facility with an ID document. The team will verify your identity and provide you with a new personal code. This procedure helps ensure the security of the facility and your storage unit.
