Who has access to my storage unit?

Only the person renting the storage unit can access it. Each unit is secured with a padlock that you bring yourself or purchase on site, and you are the only person who has the key or code.

HOMEBOX staff do not have access to your padlock and therefore cannot open your unit for you. Their role is limited to managing and securing the facility as a whole.
