How does the access code work to enter the facility?

Your access code is given to you when you sign the contract. It is personal and confidential.

You must enter it on the keypad at the entrance of the facility to access the site and deactivate the alarm linked to your storage unit. Even if a door is already open, you still need to enter your code so that your access is recorded and the alarm is properly deactivated.

The same code is also required when leaving the facility in order to record your exit and reactivate the alarm.
