Can I access my storage unit with my vehicle?

You can park your vehicle inside the facility, usually near a dedicated unloading area. This allows you to unload your belongings nearby and then move them to your storage unit using the handling equipment available on site (trolleys, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).

However, direct vehicle access to your storage unit is not possible, except in some facilities equipped with outdoor units. To find out whether this is available at your location, please contact your HOMEBOX facility team.
