Can I give the keys to my padlock to someone close to me?

Yes, you can give the keys to your storage unit to someone you trust, but this remains entirely under your responsibility. For them to access your unit, they will also need your personal access code to enter the HOMEBOX facility.

Anyone entering the facility or accessing your unit using your code and keys is acting on your behalf. In case of any issue or damage, even accidental, you will be held responsible.
