When I want to vacate my unit, what do I need to do?

When you wish to vacate your unit, you must first terminate your contract, respecting the applicable notice period. Its length varies depending on the country.

Then you must:

• fully empty its contents,
• clean the space,
• remove your padlock,
• sign the exit report with a team member or by electronic signature,
• settle any outstanding amounts.

The contract is closed once these steps have been validated by the centre team.
