How is the security of my unit ensured?
HOMEBOX puts several measures in place to protect your belongings and ensure a high level of security at its centres:
- 24/7 video surveillance, connected to a remote monitoring company. All areas of the centre are covered by cameras to ensure complete monitoring. Some centres are also equipped with an intelligent video surveillance system using artificial intelligence, gradually rolled out across the network.
- Access control via a personal code given to each customer. This system records every entry and exit.
- An individual alarm on each unit, linked to your personal access code, so that only authorised people can access your space without triggering an alert.
- Staff present on site during opening hours. Outside these hours, security is ensured by professional remote monitoring and security companies, which can intervene if necessary.
- Intrusion and fire detection throughout the centre, supported by significant investment to strengthen fire safety. HOMEBOX is notably investing 10 million euros over five years to improve fire-resistant compartments in its centres.
- Individual units closed with a padlock, provided by the customer, who alone holds the key or code.
- Clean, ventilated spaces protected from damp, to keep your belongings in the best conditions.
