How long do you keep my data?

Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your contract, and is then archived in accordance with the applicable legal or regulatory retention periods.

France, Switzerland and Spain

Video surveillance footage is kept for a maximum of 30 days, unless an incident requires it to be retained for a longer period for evidentiary purposes.

Germany

Video surveillance footage is kept for a maximum of 10 days, in accordance with the applicable regulations and the data protection provisions described in the General Terms and Conditions, unless a longer retention period is required to investigate or pursue an incident.
