What do I need to pay in advance?

When signing the contract, you must pay:

• the prorated amount for the current month (calculated from your move-in date),
• the security deposit,
• the insurance amount, depending on the level chosen.

These are payable on the day of your visit to the centre, generally by bank card. The following monthly payments are then collected automatically each month.
