Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a security deposit is required when signing the contract. It generally corresponds to one month's rent (incl. VAT), but the amount may vary by centre. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your contract, provided the unit is returned empty, clean and in good condition.
