How long does it take to refund the deposit after the contract ends?

The deposit is refunded within a maximum period after the contract effectively ends (generally 30 days, up to 60 days in some countries). For the refund to be made, the unit must be fully emptied, clean and returned in good condition, and any outstanding amounts settled. The refund is generally made by bank transfer, so make sure your bank details (IBAN) are up to date at your centre. If in doubt, contact your HOMEBOX centre team.
