The reception desk is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The team on site is exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful 🥰😍 Especially the woman who greeted me on my first day! She took the time to advise me precisely using their online simulator to help me choose the exact storage unit I needed (from a mini unit of 1 to 2 m² to a maxi unit of over 12 m² that can hold the equivalent of a large apartment). She also took the time to show me around the public access areas with incredible professionalism and kindness! In short, between the incredibly fair prices, the ultra-secure and adaptable facilities, and the warm and responsive staff... it's flawless across the board!!! 👏🏾💪🏾 You feel completely safe and secure there.
