We were genuinely surprised by the fantastic service. We were simply looking for a good solution to store our furniture for two months while we waited to move into our new apartment in Annecy, and HOMEBOX far exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect: the facility is brand new and ultra-efficient, with self-service access via a code, plenty of trolleys and hand trucks available, an elevator, restrooms... We truly had everything we needed. The staff is fantastic. We were in contact with Charlène, who was always incredibly helpful and attentive. And last but not least (but this is really important), the moving truck is provided free of charge to transport the furniture in Annecy, which is what truly made the solution cost-effective for us. Plus, the truck is automatic, which is a bonus! Highly recommended. We're almost sorry to leave.

Excellent service from Charlene since August 2024 for storing our belongings during a very complicated move. Charlene finds solutions for everything. All our belongings are in perfect condition after almost two years in the storage unit. The facility is clean and very well managed. The security system is very effective and makes access easy. Excellent experience at HOMEBOX Annecy Nord. I rented a 2m² storage unit for a month and a half. The facility is very secure, clean, and easily accessible. There are trolleys of various sizes available for loading and unloading belongings. A big thank you to Charlene for her help and support throughout this period. Everything was handled remotely via email and phone, with great responsiveness and impeccable service.
