The welcome was very pleasant, both on the phone and in person. Excellent service with lots of helpful advice. You can rent a van and buy boxes and other packing supplies on-site at very good prices. The storage units are very easy to access, and everything is well-organized and clean. We have two units and we wholeheartedly recommend Homebox Champagne. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Sabrina.

Very convenient. Self-service access is available. Super secure. Vehicle rental and supplies like cardboard and tape are available for purchase on-site. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which makes all the difference; they're always ready to assist. The only downside is that it could be less expensive. It's a French company (competitors aren't necessarily French).

I received a very warm welcome from the reception staff; everything was explained perfectly during my first visit. Furthermore, I appreciated that, due to a last-minute unforeseen circumstance, I had to change the date of my vehicle rental. I highly recommend them.
