Delighted with my experience at Homebox Vichy. The staff at reception are very pleasant and dedicated to providing impeccable service. I was able to easily reserve my storage unit remotely, and upon arrival, there were no issues completing the formalities. The explanations were clear, and the person I dealt with was very friendly. In short, I highly recommend them! It's also worth noting that they sell boxes and other packing materials at quite reasonable prices. The only slight drawback: access to the storage unit is not possible on Sundays and public holidays, so you need to plan accordingly.

The welcome was good and the service very convenient, but it's a shame the storage units aren't actually accessible 7 days a week, contrary to what Google tells us. It would be ideal to have access throughout the weekend, as this is when most people are likely to be using the facilities, and it would also prevent congestion at the freight elevator, which is more pleasant for everyone. There are systems in place to open the exterior gates using codes, so there's no valid reason to penalize users by closing on Sundays. Furthermore, the exit gate should be better marked on the ground, and some signage would be helpful.

Conveniently located near Vichy. The service was excellent. However, be aware of a few details if you're planning a large move, such as the lack of an access ramp and a vending machine for cold drinks. This means you'll have to drive to the nearest supermarket, as there's no parking for vans. So, bring a cooler, or you're guaranteed to suffer in hot weather.

I bought boxes and moving supplies there. It's the only place in Vichy that offers this service. They have a large stock, the quality is okay, although the boxes could have pre-cut carrying handles.
