I am very satisfied with the service I received. The staff at the office always took the time to answer my questions. Upon my arrival, they showed me the different storage unit sizes and explained how the rental process and the rules would work. Nothing was hidden from me, and everything went as promised. Access times are generous, and you can tell they prioritize security. I would like to thank Homebox again for their service and especially the staff for their kindness and helpfulness.

I used Homebox during a difficult time in my life. The subscription process was incredibly fast, and they listened to my needs to offer the most suitable storage unit in terms of size. You can change units if your situation changes. Moving out was just as easy. They even provided equipment to move your furniture. The staff was lovely. A truly valuable and efficient service.
