We rented a 9m² storage unit for four months and had absolutely no complaints. The staff were incredibly helpful in answering our questions, and the 24/7 access to the facilities really made moving easier. Everything is designed to facilitate access to the different units, with plenty of room to maneuver if you have bulky items to store. Security is impeccable, as is the cleanliness of the premises. There was no humidity to worry about, so no risk of mold. The price is competitive for such high-quality service. In short, a very good storage solution with friendly and always helpful staff. Cleanliness, safety, no humidity issues, convenient access when needed, good sales service, and good communication with the reception staff. Perhaps covered outdoor areas could be added for rainy and hot days, allowing people to move around without getting wet or suffering from the heat between their car and the entrance.

A responsive telephone service, a very pleasant person who provided excellent advice on choosing the size and volume of the storage unit. Once there, everything was done to ensure a smooth process. They provided trolleys, hand trucks, and a freight elevator for easy access to the upper floor. And after everything was unpacked, I received a call about leaving a light fixture and a keypad outside the unit. Nothing had been moved, and there was video surveillance to prove it. I highly recommend them.

I'm delighted I chose Home Box for my storage after moving to the Greater West region. The units are clean and secure, which is a real plus for customer peace of mind. The welcome was excellent, and the instructions were very clear, making it easy to comply with regulations regarding the use of the unit, which is available 24/7. All the professional equipment is available to make loading and unloading easier. I'm very satisfied with the customer service; the follow-up by phone and the administrative management are very thorough and responsive. Volodia is very professional! She knows everything there is to know without even thinking, and she gives great advice and is very approachable to her clients, always available! The storage units and the building are always impeccably clean despite the constant coming and going of tenants! A very good experience. One small drawback, if I may, is that there's a slight difference of a few millimeters between the exterior asphalt and the interior of the building. This was a little worrying when my trolley was full, but by going slowly, it was manageable! Thank you for everything and see you soon!
