Excellent experience at Homebox Montoir-de-Bretagne. The information regarding the contract and how the site works was comprehensive and clear, and the team was very responsive. I appreciated their excellent customer service: they granted me access to my storage unit and provided a padlock, even outside of opening hours. The site is clean and easy to access, and trolleys are available, which is very convenient for moving boxes. My only minor complaint is that the lighting inside the units could be a little better. I highly recommend them.

Julie VIDAL at Homebox was very helpful during our move to France. She was flexible with the constantly changing date of container - as well as a 2nd delivery of items that showed up early. She also went out of her way to find help for us to unload the container - which was no small process.
