The young woman at reception is professional, friendly, and has a constructive and helpful attitude. It's perfect. It's a pleasure to find such competent and personable people. The premises are very clean, and the accessibility and tools provided are very convenient. I highly recommend it.

I've been renting a storage unit at Homebox in Libourne since this summer and, overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. I needed to upgrade to a larger unit, as the first one had become too small. The change was made quickly thanks to their availability and the team's flexibility and helpfulness. The facilities are generally clean and regularly maintained. The numerous security cameras are also reassuring for the belongings stored there. Another positive point is the reception. Whether it's the manager or the person at the entrance, they are always pleasant, smiling, and available. The only slight drawback is the price. Even though I received a small discount, it still represents a significant expense. But unfortunately, that's the case with most storage facilities. Overall, a good experience and a facility I recommend for its professionalism, flexibility, and excellent customer service.

Beautiful new building, impeccably maintained, spotless storage unit, and a charming welcome 🙂. Dylan took the time to show me everything and explain everything (access codes, loaned equipment, rules for using the freight elevator, restrooms, accessories for sale, etc.), with great kindness and availability (in case of any problems, he and his colleague can be reached by phone and are ready to come out). Excellent administrative procedures too (invoices are sent monthly, the file is easily created, and the return is quick). A truly wonderful experience for such great service at affordable prices. Thank you!

Excellent experience with Homebox Libourne. Dylan is very welcoming and accommodating. The storage unit is accessible on days when they are closed, and equipment (carts, hand trucks, and a hoist) is available for transporting heavy items. I highly recommend them.
