⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Homebox Bruges is a place I highly recommend! The facility is very secure and offers storage units of various sizes. Security is top-notch, and the staff is also very welcoming and professional. I didn't rent a unit directly in my own name, but a friend rented one, and I had the opportunity to drop off and store my belongings there. I was able to see for myself that the place is well-organized and secure. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and secure storage space for their belongings. 👍🏽

While waiting to find a new place to live, I stored three-quarters of my belongings at Homebox. Through their website, I was able to estimate the required storage space and then refine this with an employee who called me back to finalize the rental. The building is clean, and the storage conditions are excellent. The security level is very high (personal code, surveillance cameras, alarm). The only downside is the alarm, which needs to be reactivated almost every half hour.

A truly excellent center. Very well organized for onboarding, even on weekends. I especially want to thank the staff, who were incredibly accommodating when we had to be evacuated from our home due to the fires, and who allowed us to store my vehicle in an emergency. Thank you again, and I highly recommend this center!

I greatly appreciated the professionalism of the person who greeted us initially and clearly explained how the company operates. We toured the different storage units with her to get an idea of the square footage we needed. We easily used the equipment provided to access the units, including trolleys, a hand truck, a blanket, and other items available to facilitate moving furniture and belongings. The only thing I can criticize (even though it's there for the security of our stored items) is the alarm that goes off every hour, even though it took us over an hour to unload the truck… A dumpster in the parking lot would be ideal for disposing of items that might have broken during transport or damaged boxes, which can be replaced by purchasing new boxes at the HOME BOX reception.

Very warm and professional contact. The team was attentive and very responsive. So, all positive. The only "minor" problem, unrelated to the staff, was the access ramp being too limited for unloading (two vehicles maximum), resulting in waiting and wasted time.

While I was looking for an apartment, I stored my personal belongings and gardening tools at Home Box. Upon arrival, someone was able to guide me regarding the size of the unit, the opening hours, the video surveillance, and the insurance to protect my belongings. It's clean, with clear signage, and all at affordable prices! It took me and a friend over three hours to organize 12 square meters, so I was thrilled that there were also restrooms 😅👍 The only thing that could be improved is the surveillance system, which beeps every hour, requiring us to time ourselves to reactivate our access code upon entry. A cardboard/glass recycling container would also be helpful upon exit… And a water fountain! That would be perfect 😉👍
