The people at Accueil are incredibly friendly, and the entire process, from renting to canceling the lease, was very smooth. They even helped me resolve many issues. I've been renting the warehouse for over a year, and everything I own is in excellent condition. I can also come and retrieve my belongings anytime, which is very convenient.

Excellent experience. Clara and Jeanne-Marie are always attentive and available to answer all our questions. The Homebox service is truly fantastic, with 24/7 independent access to your storage unit using your individual code. The units and premises are clean and very secure (24/7 surveillance cameras). There's a freight elevator and hand trucks available for loading your belongings.

I needed storage for a month while moving, and everything went smoothly. From availability and communication to responsiveness and security, I have absolutely no complaints! December 6th: I must add a big thank you to Clara. There was indeed a problem during the loading of my belongings, which were probably accidentally loaded into another truck, but she was very responsive on Monday and helped us load everything! Storage equipment is available. It's easy to get a storage unit, even on weekends. However, it would be better to display the necessary information more prominently. Some newcomers might not understand everything (especially when you have online access to the unit). Thanks again 🙏🏽✨
