It's been just over two years since I rented a 1 m³ storage unit. I just gave my notice for next month. I want to express how satisfied I've been: the always friendly welcome, the ability to come every day at any time, the availability of a very small unit at a reasonable price, the cleanliness of the premises, the security (barriers, codes, alarm system, surveillance), the bright and airy walkways between the storage units, which are extremely clean, the very large elevator—everything that ensures you never have the slightest worry, no matter the day or time. Being very mobile, I've often rented self-storage units, usually of good quality, and I've never had any complaints, but this is the first time everything has been so perfect. The facilities always seem brand new, as if they were built yesterday, even though many people come and go with their trolleys and belongings. I highly recommend it!

Everything went well, the person at reception was pleasant, everything was normal, except... I still had to keep my storage unit for 8 days. And I paid 250 euros. Furthermore, they're holding onto my deposit and only releasing it in December; I don't think that's right. I'm sure they'll rent my unit out in the meantime. Otherwise, everything else went well.

A clean and convenient storage space. The staff were also competent and friendly. It's very helpful that you can borrow a Homebox van once free of charge, and then rent one very cheaply.
