Well run facility with consistent, efficient and helpful staff. Good location near the motorway. Great layout for moving large furniture. Excellent security, cleanliness, and air quality - nothing spoiled in the five years I stored items there. Nice touch that there's a van available for new clients driving up to 100km/day. My move was from South of France (1400km round trip) and the men-and-van recommended by Mr Helbert (head at HomeBox Mulhouse) were fantastic. Their tetris-like stacking of my unit was a delight to behold, using the entire volume. Tip: keep a step ladder in your unit ! Thank you Mr Helbert for facilitating my storage logistics - you transformed what could have been a chore into a pleasant experience. Highly recommend

I highly recommend it. Caroline provided a very warm welcome, listened attentively to my needs, and offered excellent advice. She is very professional. The storage units are fantastic: well-ventilated, clean, and accessible 7 days a week from 6 am to 11 pm. The site is secure. I highly recommend it.

Excellent experience with Homebox (storage center). The facilities are extremely clean, well-maintained, and secure (video surveillance, access gate). I was able to easily access my unit 7 days a week thanks to my personal code. A big thank you to Ms. Caroline for her warm welcome and professionalism. Excellent service and always helpful advice when you're unsure about storage unit size. The free day of van rental for moving is very useful. The premises are very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of moving equipment on site (pallet jacks, trolleys, hand trucks, etc.). There's even a vending machine with drinks and snacks in case of low blood sugar ;)
