The welcome was friendly. The help provided in choosing a storage unit of the right size was much appreciated. The units are equipped with ventilation to prevent any humidity problems. Each unit is very clean, has an individual lock, and is located in a warehouse with an alarm system. Frankly, the place is ideal for storing our belongings. And I was delighted to receive the welcome gift! 😉

Excellent service at HOMEBOX Dunkirk. After requesting a quote online, I was immediately contacted by Grégoire, who offered me the best available rates after taking the time to understand my needs. I then went to the store to view the storage units that met my criteria: clean, secure site, clear explanations, nothing to complain about. We received a very warm welcome from Grégoire and his partner when we rented our storage unit. All the information was explained clearly, thoroughly, and very easily, including the procedures if we ever needed to change to a smaller unit or regarding the end of our rental. The trolleys provided were really practical for transporting our belongings. Furthermore, the facility seemed very secure and impeccably clean. Even with the Saturday afternoon rush, we didn't feel inconvenienced at all. We are very happy with our choice!
