I had the BEST experience at Homebox Esplugues! Judit was incredibly helpful, communication was amazing, and she really went above and beyond to help me. She was also very kind, flexible, and accommodating throughout the whole process. The facility itself is very secure, clean, and well organised. I would definitely recommend Homebox Esplugues!

Thanks for everything, guys. You were always attentive to my needs and always offered your help. Since I couldn't go in person, I completed the contract online, which was easy, and the woman was very kind and helpful. Thanks, now my things are in a safe place.

These days it's hard to find someone like Judith, kind, attentive, always ready to help; a professional like her is worth her weight in gold.

Judit is quick, friendly, and incredibly professional. From the very first moment, she provides comprehensive, clear, and well-explained information. She also makes sure to provide it in writing to ensure there are no unanswered questions. Something I particularly appreciate is her follow-up: she doesn't just provide information, but takes an interest in the process and makes sure you find the best option and complete the contract. Furthermore, she transparently explains how to maintain a reasonable price over time, which is especially important these days. Judit is also very sociable, approachable, and has a great ability to interact with the public. Her kindness, politeness, and professionalism give the company a special reputation and project an image of trustworthiness and reliability. It's rare to find professionals these days who are so friendly and courteous, especially now when we all value feeling well taken care of and listened to. Thank you, Judit, for your work and the dedication you put into everything you do.

It has been a pleasure managing my storage unit with people like Judith in person and Carla over the phone—wonderful, kind, and professional people. Second only to that is the fact that the facility itself is fantastic—it's so clean, secure, and gives you peace of mind knowing your belongings are safe and secure. It's a real pleasure.
