I've been renting several storage units from HomeBox in Barberey-Saint-Sulpice (Troyes) for a few years now. The welcome and service are always excellent. The storage unit is very clean, the customer service is excellent, and the security is truly reassuring: 24/7 secure access with surveillance cameras. The on-site team is also very understanding and attentive. Being able to rent a truck directly on-site is also very convenient. Overall, it's a service I recommend without hesitation!

I stored my belongings at Homebox for five years. Nothing was damaged (furniture, books, dishes, and textiles), and I'm thrilled. The team is always friendly, offers great advice (on box size, organization, notice period, etc.), and is efficient. They're definitely not out to rip you off, which is refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I need to. Thank you so much.

Overall, it's positive. There's no designated parking space for people with reduced mobility. We were told there's a lift and stairs. Luckily, the gentleman at reception found a solution for us. That was nice. The corridors are a bit, how shall I say, the French are known for being dirty. Anyway. It's positive, and there's a large parking lot with access behind the Carrefour supermarket. No need to cross the parking lot. Best regards.
