I mainly dealt with Dorianne (not sure of the spelling, sorry!). I received excellent advice on the size of the storage unit, so I didn't end up paying for any extra square meters. The onboarding process went smoothly, and everything (reservation, contract, etc.) was handled with professional and high-quality communication. The loan of the van was also arranged in an atmosphere of trust and flexibility. This is the third HomeBox I've used for storage, and I'm usually satisfied, but this HomeBox raises the bar even higher.

Everything is clear in terms of explanations and the contract, and access is easy. It's nothing like Homebox, but it's a shame that we can't access the dock in front of the main entrance. The building's caretaker isn't very friendly or accommodating about this.
