COVID-19 INFORMATION

Dear customers,

We wish to share with you the measures taken by the HOMEBOX network to combat the spread of Covid-19.

We also would like to reaffirm our commitment to protecting your health, that of our partners and of our teams, as this is our main priority.

In this respect, and in accordance with the provisions of the authorities:

• The reception desks at our HOMEBOX facilities are open to the public, subject to a limit on the number of people present simultaneously in the reception area. Our teams are also at your disposal by phone or email, during our opening hours as specified on the facility's page on homebox.fr.

• If you are already a HOMEBOX customer, the storage units are freely accessible. We ask everyone to comply with health and safety instructions as specified on premise, when you access your storage unit as well as when using our equipment. In particular, we kindly remind you that wearing a mask is compulsory in our facilities.

• You are not yet a HOMEBOX customer and would like to rent a storage unit? You can book a unit and sign your contract remotely by contacting your HOMEBOX facility by telephone, or you can visit us in person. Our teams will be happy to guide you through the entire process.

• We can receive deliveries for you at our facilities. This is carried out without contact and without signing a delivery note.
